Orders & Shipping

- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively across the EU.

- How long does shipping take?
Italy: 2-4 business days, Europe: 2-6 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

- How much does shipping cost?
€6.90 for Italy and €11.90 for EU countries.

- Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you can track it directly on our tracking page by entering your order number or the tracking code you will receive via email. The tracking code will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

- What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us at support@flameblaze.it. Once your order has been shipped, you will need to contact the courier directly.

- My package is lost or delayed. What can I do?
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the courier using the tracking information provided. If you're unable to resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to us at support@flameblaze.it, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.

 

Returns & Exchanges

- What is your return policy?
You can view our return policy here.

- Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original order and place a new one.

- How do I return an item?
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return an item as long as it complies with our return policy. Before sending it back, please contact us via email at support@flameblaze.it. Once approved, send the package to the following address: Via Cesare Pascoletti 25, Roma, RM, 00163, IT.

- Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, you can return the item if you ordered the wrong size, as long as it meets our return policy conditions. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

- What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@flameblaze.it with photos of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the problem, either by offering a replacement or a refund.

- Are your products unisex?
Yes, our products are unisex.

- What materials are used in your clothing?
The fabric composition of each product is listed on its product page. Our clothing is primarily made from organic cotton sourced from Europe.

- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

- Do you offer discount codes or promotions? 
We rarely offer discount codes or promotions. If we do, they will be communicated via our Instagram and TikTok pages.

- Can I pay in installments?
Currently, we do not offer the option to pay in installments. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
